Terms of exchange / return of goods of proper quality

Article 9. According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights"

The consumer has the right to exchange a non-food product of good quality for a similar one from the seller from whom it was purchased, if the product does not satisfy him in shape, dimensions, style, color, size, or for other reasons cannot be used by him for its intended purpose. The consumer has the right to exchange goods of good quality within fourteen days, excluding the day of purchase.

The exchange of goods of good quality is carried out:

device is not activated
if not used
if its presentation is preserved
consumer properties, seals, labels
payment document issued to the consumer together with the sold product.


Presentation: A new product is sold with factory protective films, this is one of the factors in determining the presentation. Opened charger, headset, any wiring and battery are covered with protective films. The buyer should remember that it is not recommended to damage these packaging elements! There should also be no abrasions and scratches on the product. Unused: All electronics come with default software. To check whether the device has been used or not, can an authorized service center or a manager for receiving goods. In case of detection of third-party programs, changes in settings, traces of use (files, photos, notes, videos), the store may exercise the right to refuse the client as a violation of this paragraph. Seals, labels and settlement documents: This item also applies to the presentation. If during the return you lost a document, information data or broke the seal on the product, the situation will be similar. Settlement documents must be provided with the original receipt and warranty card for a refund. Accessories - NON-UNPACKED accessories are subject to return. If there are traces of opening the accessory and attempts to repack it (especially for PE packaging or blisters), it is not possible to return the product. When can they be returned? You can opt out of a purchase by checking it before selling.

Conditions for the exchange / return of goods of inadequate quality

Article 8. According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights"

In the event that shortcomings are revealed during the established warranty period, the consumer, in the manner and within the time limits established by law, has the right to demand:

proportional price reduction;
gratuitous elimination of defects in the goods within a reasonable time;
reimbursement of expenses for elimination of defects of the goods.

The consumer's requirements provided for in this article are not subject to satisfaction if the seller, the manufacturer (an enterprise that meets the consumer's requirements established by the first part of this article) proves that the defects of the goods arose as a result of the consumer's violation of the rules for using the goods or storing them. The consumer has the right to participate in checking the quality of the goods personally or through his representative.

The warranty period is 45 working days.
