In search of the truth, the main character goes to a small African settlement and discovers hundreds of people infected with another experimental virus. The poor fellows have changed not only externally, but also internally: pursued by severe hunger, they attack everything that moves. At the same time, the virus turned patients into ideal killers, making their bodies much stronger and more resilient. And very soon Chris and his partner Sheva Alomar will have to face serious opponents, little reminiscent of the mindless ghouls from previous Resident Evil games ...
